On holidays my car developed aloud noise .called into harbourside.he said come back at 3.00 pm.Hadmy car on the hoist ,identified the problem,ordered the wheelbearings,had me happily on the road by 5 oclock.thanks you saved my holiday.
This place gives good old customer service and honest advice. Highly recommend after we stopped in unexpected and they took a look our car issue straight away. Fixed in 5mins. What a legend. Other mechanic was going to charge us $80 to just look at it. This place might not look flash but your going to get the best straight forward advice as it is. Oh and they refill gas bottles too.
I have been servicing and fixing my vehicle at Harbourside since I moved to the Pilbara in 2015 and can obviously they know what they are doing and have been there thinking i will spend hundreds of $ and ended up paying next to nothing. They are honest and will tell you if they can fix or not. Obviously their facility is not the best in town but their service and job know-how is second to none in Port Hedland, hence the reason why they are ever so busy!
Very dirty and I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to turn up. No identified office or signage. If you judge the tidiness or cleanliness as a marker of the quality of work then don't stop here. OHS doesn't exist.
