Incompetence, consistantly backed up by rude staff. The current solution to their problems appears to be to push their errors and mistakes back onto innocent customers. Prepare to be dissapointed.
Went down at 230pm on a friday and it was closed.. although it said was open til 5pm
i would have words with their service provider as to the stupidity of their drop off system, in a town filled with crime and theft leaving items in peoples drive ways that require signing for rather than returning it to the shop for collection is extremely questionable...
