well these hedland pumpers really get there name as the best property sales from bankrupt investors,every sale is a morgagee ,do not trust these fraudsters ,DO NOT PAY FULL PRICE .there advertising is false and very little regard once u have bought .be careful were u buy as it is hard to rent some of those propertys for sale expecially southhedland,any investor paying full price is getting scammed and real values are atleast $50k overvalued ,from what has happened speaking with bankers is that there aint going to be another boom for 20 years and ill bet that property will go nowhere and go down to 100k for a 3x1 house 1980s that needs complete new fitout,every one is buying these the cheapest propertys with no regard that fmg,department of housing,bhp,large other companys aint interested in renting small 3x1 or 4x1,there after the large 4x2 in port and some nice ones in south,if i was buying and wanted peace of mind is to buy only 4x2 and if u cany afford it then stay clear,please note that these fraudsters will tell u that leasing 3x1 or units even worse are easy to rent ,dont believe in thses fraudsters,SOME PROPERTYS TAKE UP TO 3MONTHS TO RENT BECAUSE THEY PROMISED HOW MANY $ ULL GET,STAY CLEAR
