the owner jim is a lying piece of work ,under any circumstances dont trust this fraudster, the worst realestate agent to manage your property in port and southhedland,if u get the property shop to manage your property the tennants will be the ones to suffer and then u will be left with no tennant and u will wonder why,he makes 10% comission on any maintanance work done so stay away from this fraudster

Wish I could give a lower review. Anne Marie refused to accommodate us through unfortunate situations like when they overcharged us for rent (and we caught it but they outright refused to refund us for 9 months until we threatened to go to the owner... even then the situation was passed onto a new real estate agent who had no idea and had to be informed) to when we had broken appliances and they ignored our requests to fix them the entire time we lived there( a dishwasher is kinda essential for our family) do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
