We where overcharged grossly on our rent and it took us nine months to finally get refunded. Initially we where told no, even though it was the blatant incompetence of the real estate agents we would not be refunded which in my mind equates to a similar practice called stealing from your clients. when we asked to talk to the owner lo and behold we where told a certain real estate agent had decided to do her job and verify the refund. Ok cool situation resolved after seven months discussion. Said real estate agent quits company without refunding us our leaving any notes pertaining to this extensive process on our file. It took us two more months to explain to the new real estate agent the situation and finally receive the refund. Also, not a single inspection was done in the six months we lived there and it took five months to get our dishwasher fixed. Do yourself a favour and avoid a company that blatantly steals from their clients and ignores every request they make.
to all contractors =DONT DO ANY WORK FOR THESE so called agents ,THEY STUFF UP AND TRY NOT TO PAY when they give out work orders to contractors ,CAREFUL ON THESE fraudsters -liers AND I GAVE THEM 2 OF MY PROPERTYS TO manage AND THEY LOST THE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY( HOW DISGRACEFUL ) i gave them the propertys and havent even been at the propertys even once ,not even one photo,they are by far the worst realestate agents i have come across in the pilbara,
Same as you Aussie Spruiker, we have been trying to sell our property through Jan Ford since 2012. The salesperson stuffed up the sale in 2012, we haven't had an offer since. Now staring down the barrel of bankruptcy.
